Job summary

Envirogen Technologies in Kingwood, TX, seeks a Senior Process Engineer to own the end-to-end lifecycle of multi-million-dollar water and wastewater systems, from conceptual design to field deployment. This role offers hybrid or remote working arrangements for highly accomplished professionals.

You will lead advanced process design, mass balances, PFDs and P&IDs, oversee on-site startups, and partner with executives on capital budgeting and value engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering with water systems focus.
• Experience in conceptual design, operation optimization or commissioning of water/wastewater processes.
• Autonomy and strong communication with clients, project managers and sales teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% across North America for deployments.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end conceptual and detailed design of full-scale treatment infrastructure.
• Lead testing frameworks, bench- and pilot-scale evaluations for new tech.
• Direct on-site startups, sampling protocols, and client training across the region.
• Partner with leadership on budgets, value engineering and feasibility studies.
• Diagnose and optimize live industrial assets using real-time data.
