Job summary
Envirogen Technologies in Kingwood/North Houston seeks a Process Engineer to drive end-to-end design and deployment of industrial water and wastewater systems. You will guide conceptual and detailed design, develop mass balances, PFDs and P&IDs, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver robust, value-driven solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor-level engineering degree in Chemical, Environmental or Process engineering with strong water systems foundation.
- Experience in conceptual design, operational optimization or commissioning of industrial water/wastewater processes.
- Autonomy and clear communication with clients, managers and sales teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% across North America for deployments and field ops.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end system designs, calculating mass balances and developing PFDs/PIDs with the team.
- Lead R&D and pilot-scale evaluations to validate new water treatment concepts.
- Direct on-site startups, establish sampling protocols and provide technical training.
- Partner with leadership to evaluate budgets, value engineering and feasibility of technologies.
- Act as the technical authority to optimize live industrial assets and diagnose issues.
