Job summary

Envirogen Technologies in Kingwood, TX is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our core engineering team. The role offers flexible hybrid or remote work arrangements for highly accomplished professionals.

You will lead end-to-end design of water treatment systems, conduct advanced process calculations, mass balances, PFDs and P&IDs, and collaborate with clients and project teams across North America. Travel up to 25% across North America is expected, and you will mentor junior engineers

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical, Environmental, or Process engineering.
Experience in conceptual design, operational optimization, or commissioning of complex water/wastewater systems.
Ability to interface as a technical authority with clients, project managers, and executives.
Willingness to travel up to 25% across North America.

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end conceptual and detailed designs for full-scale treatment infrastructure.
Lead testing frameworks, bench- and pilot-scale evaluations for new technologies.
Direct on-site startups, establish sampling protocols, and train client teams.
Evaluate capital budgets, perform value engineering, and assess feasibility of new tech.
Diagnose real-time operation data to maximize efficiency of live facilities.
