Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for Purified Water Systems to serve as the corporate technical authority, providing strategic and technical leadership for water systems across the manufacturing network. You will establish standards, improve performance, and drive regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

The role partners with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Validation, EHS, and site leadership to deliver analytics, capital project support, and robust risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 4–6 years in purified/high-purity water systems in regulated manufacturing.
• 1–3 years multi-site or corporate engineering experience.
• 1–3 years knowledge of water system design, validation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• 1–3 years experience with clean design principles and validation practices.
• 1–3 years with water microbiology and contamination control.
• 1–3 years KPI development and data-driven improvements.
• 1–3 years cross-functional project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance of purified water systems across multiple sites to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and reporting metrics to drive improvement.
• Serve as SME for water system design, operation, validation, and optimization (RO, EDI, UV, ozone).
• Lead root-cause investigations, CAPAs, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Standardize SOPs, maintenance, monitoring programs, and reporting across the network.
• Support capital projects, system upgrades, and new installations with design review.
• Collaborate with Quality, Validation, Operations, Engineering, and EHS teams.
• Develop training, guidance, and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and regulatory changes to enhance performance.
• Drive ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving across sites.
