Job summary

Primient is seeking an Engineer 3 to design and optimize plant operations across multiple units. You will lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with production and leadership teams to drive standardization and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, process improvements, and adherence to safety and environmental regulations within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical, Mechanical, Bio, Electrical Engineering or related field from ABET accredited institution.
• MS in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Six Sigma/Lean certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to moderately complex engineering projects with process improvements for efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide operators and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate across sites to drive standardization and best practices.
• Analyze data to optimize energy use, materials, and throughput.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality and regulatory standards.
• Collect and report operational data to drive continuous improvement.
