Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Sr Process Engineer to drive commissioning and qualification of new production lines for LMC membranes, and to scale up products from development to manufacturing.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with Operations, R&D, Quality, Facilities, and EH&S to ensure process robustness and readiness for high-volume production. Ideal candidates have a B.S./M.S.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Chemical/Materials/Polymer engineering.
• 4–6 years of manufacturing experience with process leadership.
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ and lean manufacturing.
• Six sigma certifications preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and commissioning of new production scale equipment using IQ/OQ protocols.
• Develop and qualify membrane processes on new equipment to meet KPI targets.
• Design experiments and use statistical tools to optimize processes.
• Assist with operational readiness of a new membrane manufacturing line.
• Provide documentation support and ensure manufacturing readiness for product launches.
