Job summary

Entegris in Colorado Springs is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our membrane operations team. You will drive commissioning/qualifications of processes and equipment for high-volume production, and lead scale-up from development to manufacturing using stage-gate transfers.

You will work with cross-functional teams to validate, qualify, and transfer processes, while focusing on safety, quality, and process optimization.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Chemical/Materials/Polymer engineering or related technical discipline.
• Preferred experience in membrane manufacturing, polymer twin-screw extrusion, web handling or thin film processing or non-woven manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and commissioning of new production scale equipment following IQ/OQ protocols.
• Develop and qualify membrane processes on new equipment to meet KPOV targets.
• Design and execute experiments, analyze data to drive development and optimize processes.
• Assist with operational readiness of a new membrane manufacturing line.
