Job summary

Entegris seeks a Process Engineering Co-Op at the Colorado Springs, CO Rockrimmon site for Spring 2027. This full-time, 6-month assignment supports commissioning and qualifying high-volume membrane production processes and equipment for semiconductor and Life Science industries.

You will work with production operators and engineers, collect data on process parameters and downtime, aid with design work and 3D-printed prototypes, and help develop SOPs and SAT documentation.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of core mechanical and chemical engineering principles.
• Familiarity with DOE and DMAIC concepts.
• Strong communication and detail orientation.
• Currently enrolled student with expected graduation May 2027 or later.

Responsibilities

• Support equipment testing and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with production operators and engineers on the manufacturing floor.
• Collect and analyze data on process parameters, yields, and downtime.
• Identify root causes and report to the engineering team.
• Assist with design work and 3D-printed prototypes; evaluate fixtures.
• Help develop SOPs and document SAT activities.
