Job summary
Entegris, Colorado Springs site, is seeking a New Production Introduction Manager to lead the transition of membrane products from development to manufacturing. You will oversee startup activities, qualify processes/equipment, and drive scale-up through a Stage Gate approach, partnering with NPD and Operations to ensure readiness and safety.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years in manufacturing, membrane experience, and strong leadership of cross-functional teams, with Six Sigma and IQ/OQ/PQ
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Chemical/Materials/Polymer engineering or related technical field
- Experience in membrane manufacturing or related processes
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and lean manufacturing
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary NPI engineering team
- Oversee plant startup, transfers, and production scale-up
- Guide equipment installation and commissioning following IQ/OQ/PQ
- Drive process development to meet KPOV targets and reduce variation
- Coordinate with NPD and Operations to ensure readiness of new products
