Job summary

INNIO Group is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to join the remanufacturing engineering team at the Oak Creek, WI facility. You will develop, validate, and document tear-downs of large industrial gas engines and optimize process flow with operators to deliver high-quality remanufactured products.

The role requires strong technical expertise to analyze data, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement in safety, reliability, and efficiency across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years manufacturing engineering experience.
• Proficient in CAD software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
• Understanding of GD&T tolerancing and function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes and workflows to reduce cost and improve sustainability.
• Evaluate processes by designing and conducting research programs; collaborate with vendors and operators.
• Use CAD/CAM software to create, optimize, and improve machining processes.
• Develop testing methods and validate manufacturing processes to ensure quality.
• Support production planning by estimating costs and reviewing schedules.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to keep equipment operational.
