Requires a BS in engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing, with proficiency in Excel, Access, and Minitab. Travel up to 25% to sites across the division. US Salaried range: $97,286–$133,768 yearly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing environment with ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting; strong communications to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using scientific methods and engineering principles to solve problems with data analysis and statistical tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, and Minitab to determine best solutions within plant guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering-level production support to manufacturing operations and participate in plant safety initiatives.
• Solve process issues through data analysis, experimentation, and collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Provide engineering expertise for understanding manufacturing issues.
• Lead or support projects involving cost reduction, process optimization, and new products.
• Develop and maintain systems to monitor equipment/process performance, including trend analysis and implementation plans.
• Receive and integrate new technologies to improve process capability while ensuring proper processes during transfer.
