Job summary

Trs Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join a manufacturing operation. This role emphasizes loss analysis, elimination, and continuous improvement through DOE and lean tools to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

You will guide a technical group and collaborate with the PET Group to scale new processes, driving capability and engagement across shifts and departments.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering or related field; 6+ years of technical experience.
• Preferred Six Sigma Green/Black Belt and project management experience.
• Working knowledge of CAD and QAS/Minitab tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide problem-solving guidance to drive continuous improvement.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of processes and equipment.
• Develop maintenance programs to improve reliability.
• Ensure process stability and drive improvements via DOE and standard work.
• Lead improvement initiatives in productivity, safety, quality, and cost.
• Support lean manufacturing, SMED, SWIS, TPM initiatives.
• Lead a technical team of engineers and maintenance staff.
