Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to optimize and sustain manufacturing processes within a value stream. You will use lean six sigma tools to improve processing, layout, workflow, assets, and workforce usage, ensuring end-to-end control and lifecycle changes with compliance to GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, executing validations, and driving improvements in quality, reliability, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of experience.
• Master's degree in engineering with 3+ years of experience is preferred.
• Experience with SPC tools (Minitab or similar) required.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop cross-functional network across EHS, product development, facilities, quality, regulatory, planning, procurement.
• Represent value stream teams in site and enterprise projects.
• Initiate and manage engineering studies, validations, ECR/ECO, and drawings for equipment and processes.
• Analyze process parameters, improve yields, reduce scrap, and error-proof processes.
• Lead investigations (CAPA, FMEA) and drive cost and quality improvements.
• Ensure accurate BOMs, routings, and work instructions across product lifecycle.
