Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation in Plainsboro, NJ, seeks a Process Engineer II to understand, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes within a value stream. You will leverage lean and six sigma tools to improve processing, layout, workflow, assets, and workforce usage, while ensuring lifecycle management and sustaining engineering changes.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration and adherence to GMP, ISO and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with 2–6 years of experience.
• Statistical process control tools desired (SPC, Minitab, other software).
• Lean Six Sigma experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with EHS, product development, process technology, CoE's, facilities, quality, regulatory, planning, procurement to address process challenges, material changes, and lifecycle/sustaining changes.
• Lead & execute engineering studies, IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV validations, manufacturing process requirements, ECR/ECO, and engineering drawings for equipment and processes.
• Perform SPC analysis and trend existing process parameters to improve yields, reduce scrap, and error-proof processes.
• Conduct investigations, FMEA, CAPA, and drive improvements using lean six-sigma tools.
• Develop training programs and monitor KPIs; participate in cross-functional project teams.
