Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, manage lifecycle sustaining changes, and ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams and implement engineering studies, validations, and CAPA, driving process improvements and cost reductions across value streams. The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering (5+ years) or master’s with 3+ years, plus SPC/Lean Six Sigma expertise, and strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of experience.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with statistical process control tools (SPC) required.
• Lean Six Sigma experience required.
• Strong English communication skills (oral & written).
• Project management and process improvement experience, PMP desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop cross-functional networks to address process challenges and lifecycle changes.
• Represent value stream teams in site and enterprise projects.
• Initiate and execute engineering studies, validations, and ECOs.
• Leverage SPC to analyze and improve yields and reduce scrap.
• Lead investigations, NC/CAPA, and quality improvement actions.
• Drive process, quality, reliability, and cost improvements using lean six-sigma tools.
• Ensure BOMs, routers, and work instructions align with processes and cost accuracy.
• Lead cross-functional process and product project teams.
