Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer to optimize and sustain manufacturing processes within a value stream, driving Lean Six Sigma improvements and lifecycle changes in a GMP/compliant environment.

You will collaborate with EHS, product development, and regulatory teams to enhance process capability and product quality. The role requires a bachelor’s (or master’s) in engineering with 5+ years (or 3+ with master) and hands-on experience with SPC, ERP, and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering with 5+ years of experience (4+ with Master).
• Experience with SPC tools (Minitab or similar) is required.
• Lean Six Sigma experience required; PMP is a plus.
• Strong English communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a cross-functional network with EHS, product development, process technology, CoEs, facilities, quality, regulatory, planning, and procurement to address process challenges and lifecycle changes.
• Represent value stream teams in site and enterprise projects addressing quality improvements and new product introductions.
• Initiate and lead engineering studies, IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV validations, ECOs/ECRs, and drawings for equipment and processes.
• Use SPC to analyze and improve process parameters, enhance yields, reduce scrap, and error-proof manufacturing processes.
• Conduct investigations, non-conformance, FMEA, and CAPA activities.
• Lead projects to drive process, quality, reliability and cost improvements using lean six-sigma tools.
• Ensure BOMs, routers, and work instructions align with processes and lifecycle transfers.
• Complete process improvements to meet KPI targets and develop training programs.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across product development, QA, facilities, regulatory, and manufacturing.
