Qualifications

• Experience leading NCRs, CAPAs, and complex investigations.
• Strong ability to mentor and guide investigations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of NCRs and CAPA records with timely closure.
• Lead cross-functional root cause investigations using structured problem-solving.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and operations to implement corrective actions.
• Support MRB activities and product disposition decisions.
• Track quality data and trends to address systemic issues.
• Mentor junior engineers on investigation and problem-solving practices.
