Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety across our operations.

The role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, implementing corrective actions, and improving productivity using Lean and structured problem-solving methodologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production requirements, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Experience in process/manufacturing engineering.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methods.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks and deviations to implement effective solutions.
Lead corrective and preventive actions using structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap and downtime and improve KPIs.
Ensure safety and compliance with EHS, procedures, and standards.
Support NPI, engineering changes, and process implementation.
