Job summary

You will support HPDC processes, lead continuous improvement initiatives, monitor KPIs, and promote 5S practices while supervising area personnel and managing spare parts budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Process Engineering or related manufacturing role.
• Advanced English for technical discussions and presentations.
• Hands‑on experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies (5S, Kaizen, VSM, Standard Work, Time Studies).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Optimize production flow through line balancing and process standardization.
• Support quality issue resolution and implement corrective and preventive improvements.
• Provide technical support for HPDC manufacturing processes.
• Monitor KPIs and develop improvement plans based on data analysis.
• Promote and sustain 5S practices throughout the manufacturing area.
• Supervise personnel assigned to the area.
• Manage the area’s spare parts budget.
