Job summary

Lubrizol is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead manufacturing improvements across extrusion, processing, and packaging. You will provide technical support, drive root-cause analyses, validate new processes, and mentor maintenance technicians to resolve equipment issues using systematic methods.

This role impacts cost, quality, and delivery while ensuring safety and compliance. Strong collaboration with project engineers and operations teams is required to deliver scalable, reliable

Qualifications

• BS Degree in an Engineering discipline (Chemical, Mechanical or Biomedical preferred).
• 5+ Years of experience in an industrial environment including Co-op experience.
• Experience with Root cause analysis.
• Excellent (written and verbal) communication and effective human interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements including technology, reducing scrap, and new concepts to meet cost and quality goals.
• Lead launches and validation activities for new products and processes with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor maintenance personnel and engage technicians in solving equipment issues using systematic methods.
• Document lessons learned and ensure timely status reporting of projects.
