Job summary

Amazon Air is seeking a Process Engineer to drive standardization, continuous improvement, and value for internal and external customers. You will develop standard work, benchmark performance, and manage large projects across ACES and Process Engineering teams.

Responsibilities include data analysis, cost reporting, and collaborating with internal partners to optimize network capacity. Travel up to 25% and work in designated office locations are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of managing large projects.
• 4+ years of MS Office products experience.
• Lean Management/Six Sigma experience.
• Experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes.
• Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis or building financial models.

Responsibilities

• Develop standard work, benchmarking, and auditing capability.
• Collect, consolidate, and report on performance to Operations Integrations teams.
• Program Manage large scale projects with ACES and Process Engineering teams to manage projects and timelines.
• Work directly with internal customers/partners to identify network capacity constraints.
• Collect and interpret operating cost data.
• Assist in reviewing proposals for new equipment and services.
• Pull, analyze, and report data from databases (Excel, Access, SQL).
• Participate in long term planning and modeling sessions.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
