Qualifications

• Experience in Lean methodologies.
• Experience collecting and using data to improve processes.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and automation.
• Experience in automation creation and implementation of automated workflows.
• Experience driving AI capabilities in operations.
• Experience engineering processes in manufacturing and corporate environments.
• Experience cross-functional collaboration in a global setting.
• 5+ years in process engineering, improvement, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive variation reduction, cost optimization, and AI/automation innovation across global recruiting operations.
• Engineer processes on both manufacturing floors and corporate environments.
• Develop SOPs and standards to maintain process control.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Tech, Learning, and Launch teams.
