SSOE Group in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Senior Process Engineer to lead projects from inception through construction, developing PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, and equipment specs while supporting local clients and virtual teams across locations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 10+ years of experience, and PE licensure or on-track within 12 months; ChemCAD/Aspen experience is preferred. Salary ranges reflect market with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering with PE licensure or on-track.
• 10+ years of experience in process engineering for chemical plants.
• Active PE license or on-track within 12 months of hire date.
• Experience leading studies and developing PFDs/P&IDs and process calculations.
• Experience with chemical process simulations (ChemCAD/Aspen).
• Experience with Pipe Flo or AFT Fathom is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering studies and write reports for projects.
• Develop PFDs and P&IDs, process calculations, and equipment specifications.
• Provide engineering oversight and checking of deliverables.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to complete tasks.
• Assist in the creation of bid packages and field work support.
