Job summary

Qnity Electronics, Inc. seeks a Senior Process Engineer to provide technical leadership and manufacturing support in a designated production area.

You will drive process safety, reliability, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement while supporting new technology implementation. This role partners with Operations, Reliability, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Automation, and R&D to solve complex challenges, support scale-up activities, and implement sustainable process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong problem-solving with RCA experience.
• Ability to drive cross-functional improvement projects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Independent decision-making with safety and cost focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and process expertise for an assigned manufacturing area.
• Lead root cause investigations and resolve complex issues (process, quality, safety, operations).
• Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, yield, capacity, and quality.
• Support capital projects and scale-up activities from design to validation.
• Develop process documentation, PFMEAs, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Quality, EHS, and Automation.
