Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead continuous improvement and safety across manufacturing processes and equipment. You will implement measurable improvements in OEE, risk mitigation and standard work plant-wide.

This onsite role in New London, NC requires hands-on leadership on the plant floor and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, efficient operations and documented SOPs.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• 5+ years in process improvement with measurable impact.
• Knowledge of PDCA, SMED, Six Sigma.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Directs design, development and improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Analyzes product designs for best method of manufacture.
• Designs and tests new equipment, processes, and layouts.
• Develops data-driven process improvements focused on OEE and safety.
• Supports equipment purchase and installation for the plant area.
• Leads Root Cause Analysis to improve OEE and safety.
• Ensures compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
