Job summary

INEOS Oxide is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead process design projects from concept through startup at the Bayport/League City Texas site. You will drive FEED activities, perform process simulations, and ensure safe, compliant operation with a focus on efficiency and reliability.

Candidates should bring 10+ years of chemical engineering experience, strong knowledge of PFDs/P&IDs, and proven expertise in FEED, detailed engineering, and startup support.

Qualifications

• BS Chemical Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of process engineering in chemical or related industries.
• Experience with FEED, detailed engineering, commissioning and startup is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design for capital and expense projects from concept through startup (FEED, detailed engineering, commissioning).
• Collaborate with operations, project engineering and unit specialists to implement capital projects.
• Maintain plant assets and protective systems integrity.
• Lead PSM activities including PHAs, MOC, PSSR and incident investigations.
• Develop and manage KPIs for plant performance; balance short-term priorities with long-term goals.
• Coach and train engineers and foster a safe, compliant work environment.
