Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or other engineering discipline.
• 6–10 years of experience in chemical or petrochemical engineering/manufacturing with process design and unit optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop technical professionals.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across disciplines and levels.
• Experience leading diverse teams and driving accountable, disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team responsible for process optimization, design, control, and improvements.
• Develop projects on safety, operability, energy efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and reliability to deliver improvements.
• Drive front-end process design, heat and material balances, and capital project scopes.
