CRB is a leading engineering and consulting firm serving life sciences and food & beverage industries. We seek a Senior Process Engineer to lead process system design, manage scope, schedule, and budget on complex projects, and mentor junior staff.

The ideal candidate holds an ABET-accredited degree, a PE license, 10+ years of design/construction experience, and proven leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering bachelor's degree.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 10+ years of experience in design/operating/construction environments.
• Experience leading process engineering on complex projects.
• Master’s degree in a related engineering discipline.
• Experience across design, operations, and construction environments.

Responsabilités

• Identify and resolve non-compliant existing conditions during site walks and construction field surveys.
• Interface with clients and partners to support project execution and deliverables.
• Plan, prioritize, and direct discipline work, including process engineering scope, schedule, and budget.
• Partner with the Project Manager to support proposals, man-hour planning, and scheduling.
• Develop construction drawing packages and specifications for complex projects with minimal oversight.
• Lead construction-phase activities, including RFIs, submittals, punch lists, and progress reporting.
• Perform and/or review engineering calculations and technical documentation for accuracy and quality.
• Lead process system design efforts, including programming, master planning, and facility layout.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers (Engineer I/II, Designer I/II).
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams, vendors, and construction partners.
