Job summary

CRB, a leading engineering firm, is seeking a Process Engineer IV to lead process design on complex life sciences and food projects. You will guide technical deliverables from concept through startup. You will ensure quality, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with clients, vendors, and construction partners across multiple sites including Omaha, KS City, St.

Louis, Dallas, or Houston. Ideal candidates have a B.S.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in a discipline-specific field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in a design firm, operating company, or construction-related environment within the applicable industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading process engineering scope on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve non-compliant existing conditions during site walks and construction field surveys.
• Interface with clients and external partners to support project execution and deliverables.
• Plan, prioritize, and direct discipline work, including management of process engineering scope, schedule, and budget on complex projects.
• Develop construction drawing packages and specifications for complex projects with minimal oversight.
• Lead process system design efforts, including programming, master planning, and facility layout development.
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams, vendors, and construction partners to support project execution.
