Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in a discipline-specific field.
• PE license preferred; 10+ years in design/construction environments.
• Proven experience leading process engineering on complex projects.
• Experience with field surveys, risk assessments, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve non-compliant existing conditions during site walks and surveys.
• Interface with clients and partners to support project execution.
• Direct discipline work, schedule, and budget on complex projects.
• Develop construction drawings and specifications with minimal oversight.
• Lead process system design, master planning, and facility layout.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams and vendors.
