• Lead mold qualifications including IQ/OQ/PQ, DOE studies, and process capability analyses.
• Analyze process data using statistics to monitor capability and identify improvements.
• Troubleshoot molding, tooling, material, and equipment issues using data-driven approaches.
• Collaborate with Tooling, Design, Quality, Production, and Project Engineering teams.
