You will lead process optimization, support capital projects, and collaborate across Operations, Quality, and EHS to improve safety, quality, and productivity in aerospace-adjacent manufacturing environments. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field and 3+ years of manufacturing process experience, plus strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting process improvement, manufacturing optimization, or production operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization and manufacturing support across bulk manufacturing, material handling, and packaging.
• Analyze performance to improve throughput, yield, cycle time, quality, and OEE.
• Lead troubleshooting for deviations, equipment performance, and constraints.
• Support capital projects and reliability improvements; develop SOPs and technical docs.
