Qualifications

• 7+ years engineering experience in chemical or process manufacturing
• 3+ years people leadership or supervisory experience
• Led process improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification and capital project experience
• Experience with PLCs (Rockwell), SAP, and standard engineering tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an engineering team with coaching and succession planning
• Drive lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost
• Manage capital projects ($2M–$4M annually) including scope and schedule
• Apply data analytics, automation, and technology to optimize processes
• Collaborate across operations, maintenance, quality to solve production challenges
• Lead change management to sustain improvements
