Job summary

QVC Group in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to drive operational excellence across our fulfillment centers. You will lead projects from quick wins to large-scale automation, partnering with fellow engineers and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve labor systems, and deliver measurable cost savings.

You will serve as the local engineering SME, guiding teams with data-driven insights, overseeing capital projects, and ensuring improvements are embedded into site

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial engineering or a related field within a fulfillment or distribution environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with leading warehouse management systems and labor reporting systems.
• Willingness to travel 15–25% to support multiple sites and projects.

Responsibilities

• Site Planning & Improvement: Partner with site leadership to identify, assess, and prioritize operational improvement opportunities, ensuring alignment with business needs and the Site Roadmap.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead and support continuous improvement projects, using problem-solving techniques to simplify processes, close performance gaps, and drive measurable results.
• Labor Management: Develop, maintain, and enhance labor standards and productivity systems, conducting studies to optimize workforce performance.
• Methods & Measurement: Analyze, document, and standardize distribution methods, ensuring best practices are shared and applied across sites.
• Expertise & Leadership: Serve as the local engineering SME, providing data-driven recommendations and guiding teams to high performance.
• Capital Projects: Oversee site capital projects from technology assessment to benefit realization.
• General Site Support: Contribute to budgeting/resource planning and integrate enhancements into future plans.
