Job summary

Gray AES is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer – Japanese Speaking to lead engineering projects across multiple U.S. offices, including Charlotte. Responsibilities include acting as a technical lead, executing project work from design to implementation, and engaging in continuous improvement efforts.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, has strong experience in process design for food and beverage applications, and excellent communication skills. This role requires travel and offers a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in leading projects in process engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is expected.
• Ability to travel for site audits and installations.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead on projects for food and beverage applications.
• Execute full project work including design and implementation.
• Develop detailed technical documentation for projects.

Skills

Experience in detailed process design for food and beverage processing lines

Strong experience with MS Outlook, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD

Excellent communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
