Job summary

Rhodes Wolfe is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for a hybrid role in the industrial automation and process systems industry. You will lead the design and execution of turnkey sanitary processing systems, including skid systems and tank solutions for aseptic environments, from concept through commissioning.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of process engineering experience, strong knowledge of CIP/SIP and ASME BPE standards, and a proven ability to mentor junior engineers while coordinating

Qualifications

• 7+ years process engineering experience.
• Experience in sanitary process design and CIP/SIP systems.
• Experience delivering turnkey skid and tank systems.
• Strong desire to lead and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering projects from concept through commissioning/startup.
• Design complex sanitary process systems including multi-skid, CIP/SIP, and aseptic processing.
• Review and approve PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, and engineering deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team members.
• Lead customer technical discussions, design reviews, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance ASME BPE and other regulatory standards.
• Support proposals, estimates, standardization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Participate in FAT oversight, commissioning, and onsite startup support.

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 Base salary + Benefits
