Job summary

Rhodes Wolfe is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for a hybrid role to lead the design and execution of sanitary processing systems in the industrial automation sector. You will mentor engineers, manage turnkey skid and tank projects, and ensure compliance with CIP/SIP and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in process engineering and a strong background in multi-skid systems, aseptic processing, and ERP-enabled design workflows, with travel to U.S. sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of process engineering experience.
• Experience in food, beverage, dairy, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong knowledge of sanitary process design and CIP/SIP systems.
• Experience delivering turnkey skid and tank systems.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.
• Experience with ERP systems and AutoCAD 2D/3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering projects from concept development through commissioning/startup
• Design complex sanitary process systems, including multi-skid, CIP/SIP, and aseptic processing
• Review and approve PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, and engineering deliverables
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team members
• Lead customer technical discussions, design reviews, and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance ASME BPE and other regulatory standards
• Support proposals, estimates, standardization, and cost-reduction initiatives
• Participate in FAT oversight, commissioning, and onsite startup support
