Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering teams by providing technical direction, mentoring, quality oversight, and review of deliverables across multiple projects.
• Promote continuous improvement of process engineering standards and work practices through development of training initiatives.
• Support business development through proposal preparation, technical presentations, scope development, and client meetings.
• Serve as the Process Lead on multidisciplinary projects from conceptual design through construction support; ensure deliverables meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated designs and efficient workflow.
