A global engineering firm is seeking a Discipline Lead - Process Engineering in Houston, Texas. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and 15+ years of relevant experience in oil & gas or petrochemical environments. Qualifications
Minimum 15+ years of experience in process engineering within oil & gas, refining, or petrochemical facilities.
Experience working for an EPCM is preferred.
Willingness to travel as required.
Responsibilities
Lead engineering of projects across all phases.
Develop and validate process models.
Oversee major process engineering deliverables.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams and clients.
Support commissioning, start-up, and operational optimization.
