Job summary

Paligen Technologies is seeking Sr. Process Engineers to design, implement, and optimize industrial manufacturing processes for energetics programs and operations.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and efficiency across high-risk processes. Responsibilities include leading process design, capital projects, and process improvements, along with RCCA investigations and maintaining SOPs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in process or manufacturing engineering with energy/explosives focus.
• Strong knowledge of process design, optimization and control.
• Experience with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Lean, Six Sigma or CI methodologies with RCA/preventive actions.
• Experience with explosive material safety systems and related regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Understanding of OHSA PSM elements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimize industrial manufacturing processes.
• Lead capital projects as SME for process tech, logistics and flow.
• Perform process simulations to boost performance and reduce waste.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and production teams.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety/regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process flow diagrams.
