Job summary
TotalEnergies is seeking a Technical & Process Manager to lead process engineering across multiple plant sections, ensuring safe, reliable operations and continuous improvement. You will drive process optimization, troubleshooting, and capital project support while partnering with HSE for safety initiatives.
The role emphasizes collaboration with Operations, Projects, Maintenance, Quality, and HSE teams to deliver reliable performance and compliant operations in a large-scale manufacturing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering required.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Strong knowledge of process engineering, control, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM).
- Familiarity with laboratory operations and equipment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, PI and IMPACT; ability to learn new systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Operating Windows for plant operations (Main Plant, MA Plant, and 3rd Bay).
- Provide technical leadership for process engineering activities including optimization and troubleshooting.
- Support Process Safety Management activities, risk assessments, HAZOP reviews, and MOC implementations.
