Paligen Technologies is hiring multiple Sr. Process Engineers who will design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for energetic materials, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will work with cross-functional teams to develop process solutions, lead capital projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role emphasizes process hazard analysis, documentation, and training of staff, with on-site duties in Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a process engineering/manufacturing role with energetic materials experience.
• Strong knowledge of process design, optimization and control.
• Experience with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Process Design and Optimization: Develop and implement process designs and improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to manufacturing and production teams.
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects aimed at improving processes and expanding capabilities for energetic materials.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all processes comply with regulations, safety standards, and OHSA PSM where applicable.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed process documentation and generate regular performance reports.
• Training and Development: Train and mentor team members on process techniques and safety procedures.
