Job summary

Medtronic, based in Dexter, Michigan, is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to optimize dip molding processes and lead scale-up of catheter manufacturing lines. You will drive end-to-end development, tooling design, and cross-functional refinement of related processes in a hands-on onsite role.

The ideal candidate will have a Baccalaureate degree with 4+ years of experience or an advanced degree with relevant expertise.

Qualifications

• Requires a Baccalaureate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with commensurate experience.
• Experience in dip molding, catheter manufacturing, and scale-up is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across design, development, and manufacturing teams.
