Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Process Engineer in AME to develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes for medical technologies. You will lead process design, equipment selection, and scalable production, partnering with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to support new product introductions and commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years related experience or advanced degree with 2+ years related experience.
• Experience in medical device or regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, optimization, and validation of manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Drive process design, equipment selection, and layout for scalable production.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to support NPI and commercialization.
• Identify automation opportunities and transition to automated solutions.
• Develop process controls using statistical methods and lead validation activities.
