YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer in Burlington, Massachusetts. This role focuses on high-performance thermal management parts through advanced Stack Forging™ technology. You will ensure production meets standards through process tuning, root cause analysis, and hands-on execution.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or PhD in engineering with relevant experience, proficient in CAD and Python. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience, or a PhD with 3+ years of experience.
• Previous work experience with laser cutting, metallurgy, or statistical data analysis.
• Experience with casting, machining, sheet metal forming, or brazing.
• Demonstrated resilience and problem-solving skills in hardware environments.
• Strong ability to articulate technical trade‑offs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the Stack Forging process, including laser cutting and data analysis.
• Investigate failures and determine root causes.
• Provide production-floor insight.
• Spearhead the integration of new solutions into projects.
• Identify long-term process improvements.
