Role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, 7+ years in engineering, and 2+ years leading teams, with expertise in process control, metallurgy, and DOE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in a complex manufacturing or process-intensive environment.
• 2+ years of proven experience managing and leading a technical engineering team.
• Experience with key manufacturing process development tools and methodologies (Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, MSA).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-disciplinary project teams to address technical challenges and improve process capability.
• Contribute to a wide range of projects to improve the team’s manufacturing technology and become a go-to expert on Stack Forging processes.
• Grow the process engineering team while maintaining a healthy culture and technical excellence.
• Mentor the team to develop core engineering and process development skills and ensure growth.
• Manage the technology roadmap and align with stakeholders to create business value within realistic timelines.
