Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; master's preferred.
• 8+ years of industry experience in relevant fields.
• 3+ years of leadership experience leading technical teams.
• Expertise in thermal management and liquid cooling; data center/HPC experience is a plus.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Define research projects and report to leadership; guide a team to align with strategic priorities.
• Develop new thermal-fluid technologies through structured R&D and risk management.
• Lead and mentor a lean R&D team; act as a technical mentor across topics.
• Manage the full tech development lifecycle from scoping to technology transfer.
