Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in mass and energy balances, optimization, and equipment performance.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and process engineering support for operations and development.
• Optimize process performance, throughput, efficiency, and product quality.
• Troubleshoot complex process issues and develop practical solutions.
• Analyze operating data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support process design, equipment selection, modifications, and commissioning.
• Lead or support optimization studies, testing, and improvement initiatives.
• Apply principles to crystallization and related separation processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and other teams.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Promote safe, reliable, and efficient operating practices.
