Job summary

The role includes developing and validating Standard Operating Procedures, executing Management of Change, reviewing SOPs for QMS and FSSC 22000 compliance, and serving as SME for Root
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of related experience in process engineering.
- Strong knowledge of crystallization and chromatography processes.
- Experience with process design, optimization, and project management.
- Experience with operations planning and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to maintenance and operations groups; conduct process studies and troubleshoot.
- Develop and validate SOPs and manage MOC to ensure documentation validity.
- Review SOPs to ensure QMS and standards compliance (FSSC22000).
- Lead RCA for process deviations and incidents; facilitate CI projects (PDCA, Kaizen, SMED, LSS).
- Drive productivity, quality, and cost improvements plant-wide.
