Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to maintenance and operations groups; conduct process studies and troubleshoot.
• Develop and validate SOPs and manage MOC to ensure documentation validity.
• Review SOPs to ensure QMS and standards compliance (FSSC22000).
• Lead RCA for process deviations and incidents; facilitate CI projects (PDCA, Kaizen, SMED, LSS).
• Drive productivity, quality, and cost improvements plant-wide.

## Sr. Process EngineerApply: Bedford Park, IL: Full time: Posted Today: Req-40410Ingredion Inc. seeks Sr Process Engineer in Bedford Park, ILJob Duties: Responsible for providing technical support to maintenance and operations groups including process studies, troubleshooting, process optimization, and analysis of historical data to identify, monitor and control key operating parameters. Responsible for developing Best Operational Practices (BOPs) related to crystallization processes and audit these processes to standard to support consistent delivery and continuous improvement of process outcomes. Develop and validate Standard Operating Procedures and completes Management of Change (MOC) to ensure technical proficiency and validity of documentation. Routinely review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that all processes and documentation adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) and FSSC22000 standards. Lead or serve as subject-matter-expert for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for process deviations and incidents. Lead and facilitate Continuous Improvement problem solving projects (PDCA, Kaizen, SMED, LSS) that support plant performance enhancement at all dimensions.
